Indianapolis Celebrates Black History Month With Art & Soul

INDIANA---The Arts Council of Indianapolis presents its annual Art & Soul Celebration each February in honor of Black History Month. The annual celebration begins on February 1, 2013 at  12:00 - 1:30 p.m. at the Indianapolis Artsgarden where guests will meet this year's featured artists, enjoy light refreshments, and hear guest performer Cynthia Layne. The 2013 featured artists are Blair Clark, Rusty Redenbacher & Mr. Kinetik, and Tasha Beckwith (see artwork above).
