NEW YORK --- Shiva is a Hindu deity and is regarded as one of the five primary forms of God. In artwork, Lord Shiva is depicted with a Trident in the right lower arm, with a crescent moon on his head. He wears five serpents as ornaments as well as a garland of skulls.
